India VoIP company SabseBolo acquires Canadian firm MobiVox – Sabeer Bhatia back in action
Have you guys heard about SabseBolo ? Most probably Not. What do you think Sabeer Bhatia did with tons of money after he sold his HotMail to Microsoft for around $400MM ? He started few technology companies. To start with, he founded ArZoo which got shutdown during the dotcom burst. Then he started something on blog, but couldn’t survive either. Recently he relaunched ArZoo as a travel portal, which I think is still around.

Later he started a VoIP service company called SabeBolo (Sab Se Bolo = “(Let’s) Talk To Everyone” in Hindi) to enable easy conference calls from the exiting landline or mobile handsets without needing any extra softwares or devices. Back in June 2009, SabseBolo acquired Jaxtr (famous internet telephone service startup). And now, the company has acquired a Canadian firm MobiVox, an internet voice startup enabling users to do conferencing, group calls, call transfers etc.,

Seems, SabseBolo is growing faster in the VoIP space with strategic acquisitions. Lets hope, Sabeer Bhatia repeats his HotMail success story with SabseBolo.
