The above IDEA Mobile TV commercial landed in a trouble though. The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) has slammed the company for encouraging potentially unsafe activities. That is, act of talking on the phone while walking on the road is not so safe and IDEA mobile TV Commercials should stop encouraging it. If you haven’t watched IDEA’s “Walk When you Talk” TVC, its right below..

IDEA Mobile’s latest “What an IDEA Sir Ji” TV Commercial is on saving trees and reducing paper use. Let’s hope, this particular campaign doesn’t get into any troubles.

The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) has also slammed Reliance communications for running misleading TV commercials. ASCI has said that Reliance Communications’ television campaign of ‘fastest mobile broadband service in India’ has failed to substantiate its claim, after comparing data of other mobile services. This is not first time Reliance Comm’s TV campaigns are getting into trouble. The recent Simply Reliance Ad also had some unprofessional activities. So BIG guys, please think twice before you claim something in your TV Campaigns.
