RmKV – Order Traditional Indian Silk Sarees Online – Diwali Special!

Online market is still uncaptured or I would say its not quite successful in India except matrimony sites.
Diwali is on its way and I decided to get a surprise gift for my mom. I definitely don’t want to goto Ranganathan street (T.Nagar) and buy a saree. I want to do it online, but I am not at all sure how best I can get it, whether I can rely on the saree quality & material. They have a website rmkv.com in which you can go and order your sarees online. I ordered one for my mom and she received it too, after some hurdles from my courier. Thats ok! because RmKV support team is good and they helped me, answered my questions politely, very cooperative.
Pros about RmKV online ordering:
- Simple web UI, easy to use for anyone
- They provide Bonus card, never happen to use this one. But I bet this should save some cents for you.
- You can view all the sarees with high resolution which gives a good look & feel of how the real saree looks like. This satisfied me to buy one!
- Not big price for shipping like other sites do! 125 bucks to ship to Pondicherry.
- You can view your orders, courier tracking info and also keep you posted about dispatch
- All in one place, you can order sarees, silk shirts/kurtas/dhotis, kids dresses, esp silk gowns (pavadais) for girls.
- If your order is not dispatched due to courier service problems like incorrect address or recipient not available. The order will be sent back to RmKV and they will ship again with extra care. Also customer care is really good, I have a personal experience of having my order not shipped due to Blue Dart courier service saying my address is incorrect. Then I was in touch with customercare@rmkv.com. They ensured my delivery and got the saree before diwali for my mom.

- Gift wrap not available, gift message available though!
