Air Asia, low-cost Malaysian airline, is Asia’s largest low fare airline.

It is the first airline in Asia to implement full ticketless travel and unassigned seats. It has done quite a few experiments in the low-cost segment, and has been successful in posting a 17% increase in passenger volume, in the quarter ended March 31st.

To boost the Thailand’s tourism industry, it had earlier provided a limited number of free flights from Bali to Bangkok, and $10 fares from Kuala Lumper to Bangkok.

Now, it is set to launch its Delhi-Kuala Lumpur daily direct flight from August 4th. To promote this and provide a boost, it will offer 1,000 free tickets. The offer is available for just one day – June 5 – for tickets booked online for travel from Delhi to Kuala Lumpur between August 4th and August 31st. One who books this ticket, will have to pay Rs 1,862 as airport charges and there are no more hidden costs.

So hurry people and grab this special offer!!
