Aircel New STD plan 1-2-3 unveiled – Cheaper than local calls from 3rd Minute!

Aircel introduced the new plan called 1-2-3 which has lower call rates for STD compared to local calls from 3rd minute onwards. Aircel has very good dominance in Chennai Circle so they started advertising this new plan with Kollywood famous celebrity couple Surya & Jothika. As far I know, Jothika is acting in advertisement along with Surya after long time, also now Jothika will add to the Aircel ambassadors list and we can expect more ads from Surya family!

Now coming to the business, what is this deal all about? – According to Aircel, all existing prepaid subscribers can avail the STD tariff by recharging with denomination of Rs.16/-

  1. First Minute      - Rs.1.50
  2. Second Minute – Rs.1.00
  3. Third Minute    -  Rs.0.75 (75 paisa)

The facility will be activated within 24hrs from the time of recharge.

There are some limitations with this plan – subscribers who already have some STD special packs(especially newly launched STD RATE cutters)cannot avail this offer.
