Jobs at Cisco : Cisco to hire 3,000

Networking giant Cisco Systems plans to hire 3,000 professionals over the next two years. Bangalore is the second head office of Cisco Systems, after California.

Currently the head-count at Bangalore is 7,000. It plans to add 3,000 more employees here.  The company is coming up with a new 1-million sq feet facility at Bangalore. For this, it has also tied-up with Lavasa Corporation for e-governance & city management solutions.

Cisco designs and sells consumer electronics, networking and communications technology and services. It employs 65,000 people world-wide. It provides a number of IT vertifications in networking too.

Surely these new jobs will bring in a number of opportunities. However, we need to wait and watch to see what these openings are for.
