I used to travel in trains, buses and flights but some 3 years back. I have never seen people bringing E-tickets to trains or buses. But now its very common, they bring their E-tickets and  self printed boarding passes and travel with no pain. Gone are those days where we used to spend time with less professional travel agents in getting tickets and seat numbers of our wish.

We all knew that we can reserve tickets for flights online(in airways websites or travel sites like makemytrip.com, yatra.com, etc.,) and train tickets too(irctc.co.in, indianrail.gov.in). But what is the site for booking buses? Anyone booked it before? Or wonder if that is possible?

Many people are still not aware of the possibility of booking bus tickets online with no hassles or without calling the travel offices. Yes, its so simple to book a bus ticket. I used to travel every week from Chennai to Pondicherry and many of friends travel frequently from Bangalore to Chennai. You know we all waste too much time in calling travels and asking for tickets availability every week. Check this site http://www.SimplyBus.com … I did my bookings (Bangalore to Chennai and back) for my last week travel.
Seems like they have an affiliate program as well – where in some money/commission can be made. Haven’t tried yet though.
