Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) has entered into a franchisee agreement with Indian retail chain, Future group, to offer a unique retail & talking experience to their customers. TTSL will be launch its new GSM operations under the brand name T24 – Talk 24.

Tata teleservices is under a similar agreement with Virgin group, under the Virgin brand.
Under this new service, T24, customers can shop & talk 24 hrs. Both the companies have come together to take advantage of each other’s pan-India presence & popularity.

Future group will sell TTSL GSM connections under the brand name T24 to its retail customers. Further, everytime a customer shops at Future group, he will earn some talk time. And everytime he talks, he will get some shopping benefits at Future’s retail chains. The service has the tag line ‘Shop more, Talk more and Talk more Shop More’ and will provide a loyalty programme for customers.
This tie-up surely looks good. Given that the footfalls at Future’s retail chain, like Big Bazar & Pantaloons, have been increasing everyday in India, people would like to take this benefit of free talk time too. Lets wait and see how it works for Tata & Future.
