Growth is back in Indian IT companies – Jobs are out now

Recent recoded data on the Indian share market showing the clear visible growth in the Indian IT firms and that’s the main reason behind you should be sure about the employment recovery specially in technical sector of the services.

According to the CEO of Infosys Technologies Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan “Growth is back and companies are hiring a large number of employers in their firms to get maximum access to this competitive market specially in the tech and gadgets related. He said that in the financial year 2004 we were watching such a large hiring around 4,00,000 and that was dropped to 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 but this year 2011 is indicating towards the hiring data what may cross the level of 20,00,000 peoples.

This year TCS is indicating to hire around 37,000 Engineers from the Engineering Colleges. Another of top five IT companies in India the Cognizant‘s planned to accept 25,000 freshers in 2011 while they have already crossed their 1,00,000 in the December 2010.

Freshers are in demand because they are not going to increase the companies fund for the employees what they have planned to distribute this year and that’s why they are not showing their interest to hire the experienced from other firms.
