I am in mohali. I asked the representative over there about the counter; He said that they have Counter in all the stadiums where IPL Matches are; So counters are available there in chinnaswami stadium as well;

What counter was that at the stadium where u got the tickets? was is the counter setup by Ticketgenie or any other counter which is giving tickets if we show the printout of ticketgenie booking?
There are counter of all booking websites. that was counter of ticketgeine. I showed them the Printout of my Ticket booking details.
He asked me for a Photo copy of ID proof. i gave him that and he gave me tickets.

Good News For All of you; I got the solution for you and me as well.
Take your Booking print out and copy of a photo ID Proof. Go to the stadium. there are counters of all Booking websites. they will give you tickets. So Hurry up guys. i got the tickets. and you can also get it. Counter remains open till 5:00pm Daily.
So no need to worry about your money now.

I have purchased 5 tickets online from ticketgenie.in on 2nd March for IPL T20 match of 13th March @ Mumbai. But Still I have not received any courier of the tickets nor I have received any email / SMS regarding Courier tracking details, as per the website.
Even after dropping three mails to info@ticketgenie.in and 2 mails to Escalation team operation@ticketgenie.in, I have not got a single reply.
I have also called their customer care nos. +9180- 23611937/38/39/40 almost 50 times since yesterday, but only one of these reaches at a time and that too is always busy. I also tried to contact their office at Banglore on no. mentioned on its site viz. +9180-42579821, but nobody picks up the call or they just pikc and disconnect the call without speaking to me. I am frustated a lot and I am sure there are lot of customers like me facing the same issue as u can see from above forums.
U can call me on my cell no. +919657716578 if anybody wants to help me on this.
Atleast reimburse our money…..

Yes sir you have to take a print out of your order summery by login to our website with your e-mail ID which you have used to book the ticket. You have to carry ID card that you have mentioned while booking the tickets (valid ID card like driving license or voter ID card Pan Card)

I got the tickets; i went to the stadium again and got he tickets so you too go to stadium carry photo copy of iD Proof with you; i think you guys now understand the benifit of my visit to stadium. and all of you are going to do the same.
One more thing . there is no Use of carrying the Print out with you during matche times because. that time policemen will handle you guys and they knows only tickets not other things.

I had booked through cricketgenie.in on 2 nd march three tickets for the 25th match to be played in Mumbai.
I have not received my tickets till date
it is impossible to contact them on phone.

Me 2 booked a ticket on 20th Feb and getting no response from their end. I was really concerned. Those F***ers are not even receieving the calls. So bad of them. A feel like suing them, if I dont’ recieve tickets before the match.

i booked the ticket for IPL. that time i got the response that my tickets are booked, but they are saying that my tickets are not booked,

aah ..thats bad service from ticketgenie ! If they aren’t having a proper helpline, then its going to get them a bad name faster.
