Zaheer Khan invests in Sher Singh–Exclusively.in’s new fashion label

Just like daily deals site, luxury fashions and lifestyle portals are also sprouting like weeds these days. A well known fashion site Exclusviely.in has spun off a new portal and branded it as “Sher Singh”. This new label deals with lifestyle products for men and women including T-shirts, trousers, polos, shirts, dresses, saris and tunics with a focus on markets like India, the US and the UK.

Whats more interesting is the new investor which Exclusviely.in has got in. Indian Cricket team fast bowler Zaheer Khan has  invested in a Exclusively.in Inc’s newly launched label – Sher Singh. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. He will also be the brand ambassador of Sher Singh.

“Members only” Indian jewellery and home décor portal Exclusively.in seems to be on a good revenue run. Recently, the company has launched a high profile wedding boutique offering wedding attire sales from Indian designers such as Manish Malhotra, Tarun Tahiliani, Manish Arora, Ritu Kumar and Payal Singhal. It had also set-up an Indian fashion pop-up store in Manhattan (NY), for a flash sale.

Now, the company has jumped into normal fashion attires with its new label “Sher Singh”. Exclusively.in is targeting sales of about $100Mn from this new brand in the next two years.
