We have been constantly hearing top filmdom actors/actress, models, and other sound personalities constantly visiting Twitter office at its head quarters – San Francisco…Bollywood celebrities like Mallika Sherawat and Priyanka Chopra have already visited twitter office and you might have seen the snaps as well….We would like to see Sachin breaking new records in the twitter world – like the most followed account in the country, or the most listed account.

Twitter has found a way to reach out the bigger audience in India by signing a deal with Bharti recently, which allows users to tweet through SMS.Twitter has full SMS service already functional in the US, Canada, UK and New Zealand, and now has ventured into the India via a recent tie-up with Bharti Airtel, the country’s biggest mobile operator. On its official blog, Twitter said that its deal with Bharti Airtel will enable Twitter to send below 140 characters “tweets” at the rates of regular SMS messages and receive them for free…. Thats the reason most of the mobile services which needs internet access hasn’t given the expected results in the past…. Users can send Tweets in the form of SMSes to 53000 or send SMS directly to the other Twitter user. Users will also be able to access links send over the SMS.It seems, twitter is not going to stop with Bharti Airtel deal.
