Fly’s Android Tablet hits market

Fly mobiles has launched its first low cost android tablet at RS 7,299, makes it as the second cheapest 7-inch tablet in the market. The new tablet features 195x120x12mm in measurement, Vision weighs 350 grams.

Sporting a 7-inch TFT LCD touchscreen with 800×480 pixels resolution, the tablet will run on Android 2.2 Froyo OS. The tablet has 1.3MP front camera and headphone jack and memory up to 16GB through micro SD card. It also includes the advanced features such as 3G, EDGE/GPRS, Wi-Fi and has Bluetooth facility and USB 2.0.

Fly Vision allows the users to access the Android Market and comes pre-loaded with standard kit of Google applications like Google Talk, Gmail, Google Maps and YouTube. Additionally, the tablet comes with a SIM card slot where the user can make voice calls and use data for browsing. The tablet can play HD videos, comes with a pre-installed MS Office and utility tools.
