We know, India is not the best place for doing business – as per World Bank and IFC report. United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) report says India is lacking in various other aspects as well. India may be the fastest growing economy in the world. But, the same growth is not reflected in Common People Living Standards. 1.2 Billion people in India are still among the unlucky ones in the world.

UNDP ranked countries based on its people living standards (called Human Development Index) and India stands at position 134 out of 182 entries. Neighbouring countries China (92), Sri Lanka (102) and Bhutan (132) were ranked higher than India while Pakistan (141), Nepal (144) and Bangladesh (146) were ranked lower. Norway continued to top the chart.

We are actually slipping in the list – 127th position to the present 134th in just a year. Means, the country is not planning towards increasing living standards of our common people. The US is ranked 13, while Britain and Germany are further down at 21 and 22, respectively. So guys, if you want to live a heavenly life migrate to one of the European Countries ! What say ?
